Aliens and UFOs 
Since the Dawn of Man and Civilization, since the beginning of time, man has wondered while looking up into the night skies, is there life beyond the stars? One has to wonder. With our vast universe of moons, stars, and planets, is there other life outside of this planet?
For years, these strange beings from distant galaxies have gripped our minds and left many with questions, hopes, excitement, and fears of the unknown. With countless books and movies on this highly debatable subject, it only leaves us wondering and seeking answers to this age old question, are we alone?
Many agree that we are not alone, and that we are being visited on a regular basis by higher intelligence often witnessed as UFOs. And while skeptics will scoff at such nonsense, according to a CNN poll, one out of seven people have witnessed or knows someone who has seen signs of aliens or UFOs.
Still, another theory is that these beings have already arrived and live among us, ever observant and waiting. But waiting for what? To infiltrate our planet? To destroy us?

The evil aliens have a taste for human flesh and fabulous recipes to "serve up man." "It's a Cookbook!"
Or do they come in peace? Will they can teach us how to heal our planet and stop all wars? Or gain higher intellect? Perhaps they will help us arrive at a whole new understanding of our origin and how it all really began. Or is this just really what Hollywood movies would have us believe?
For decades, alien aircraft have been spotted by thousands of people all over the planet. These sightings have become more commonplace as people are starting to pay attention to ours skies. Many are asking, are these extraterrestrials trying to make contact? Are we close to finding that elusive answer?
As more reports of UFOs sightings make news, at least 80 percent of the population believe that the government is keeping secrets from us, about UFO activity. Many believe it's a conspiracy to cover up the truth about extraterrestrials. But why? In order to understand the whole UFO story, we must go back to the first reported sighting.
Roswell, New Mexico
Here is where ufologist believe that we have been visited by aliens and the proof was in the wreck of the alien aircraft found on July, 1947. Before the crash, several Roswell residents saw a strange unidentifiable object in the night sky. The next morning, a rancher found the debris from an unusual aircraft that had crashed.
It was unlike anything he had ever seen before. The air force was only a few miles away, and the sight was immediately closed down for inspection. The head of intelligence put out a press release in the local paper, claiming that the air force had recovered the debris of a crashed flying saucer near Roswell.

The Roswell Daily Record stated a couple, Mr. and Mrs. Dan Wilmont
saw a flying disk. But the military later claimed it was no flying disc, it was a mistake.
The headlines made news on the Roswell Daily Record and around the world. But then a second press release immediately followed the first one. The air force claimed a mistake had been made. They claimed the debris found was from a weather balloon and not a flying saucer.
But how could the base intelligence officer make such a mistake? That was one question on the minds of many. Then witnesses who were residents of Roswell, and military personnel, were threatened to stay quiet about what they may have seen. Why? Immediately, doubts were planted in the minds of thousands and all the signs of a cover-up were plain to see, or so many believed.

Cover-Up Theory
And 50 years after the Roswell Incident, UFO researchers continue to try to prove that the crash was in fact a alien spaceship. Roswell expert and researcher, Dennis Balthazer has been studying UFOs and the Roswell crash for over 25 years and believes in the cover-up theory. He maintains that if the crash was simply a weather balloon, then why were civilians threatened? They were warned not to talk about the crash or what they had seen. It seems logical that something happened.
Nuclear Physicist and Roswell UFO researcher, Stanton Freedman also believes it is a cover up. After speaking to retired colonel, Thomas Jefferson DuBose, Chief of Staff of Eighth Air force, Freedman found out that the Roswell Incident was a cover up. DuBose admitted that he was told to never talk about the incident again.
Colonel Jesse Marcell, the base intelligence officer told Freedman about the strange debris found at the crash sight. There were strange pieces uncommon to any aircraft known. There were pieces that had odd symbols that could not be explained away.
The debris was brought back to a hanger and guarded for a few days until it was shipped out to Patterson Air force Base in Ohio. But retired personnel who saw the aircraft claim that there was more than just debris found at the crash sight, there was in fact, alien life forms found at the crash sight too.
These Creatures Were Described as the Following:
Little people who stood about three and a half to four feet tall, with large heads and slanted eyes. After fifty years of the air force denying the existence of aliens, a secret autopsy video tape was retrieved and revealed the alien being studied by the military. But experts agree that the footage is a fake.
Roswell Military Dummies
Some think the government was behind it this grand hoax, in order to have it debunked and work in their favor. Later in 1997, the air force denied a UFO cover-up and any alien bodies recovered.
The air force claimed that those eyewitnesses who had seen alien bodies were mistaken. They had in fact seen rubber-skinned dummies rather than aliens. But these dummies were not in use until 1953, so that seemed to be an all out lie, to cover up the story of alien bodies found.
Roswell investigators hope to find evidence to prove that the Roswell Incident was real. Until then, they will continue to search for the truth. For now, the biggest question on ufologists' and researchers minds is why the government has gone through so much to cover up this story?
UFO Sightings
Nevada State Highway 375 is known as Extraterrestrial Highway, where many UFO sightings have been seen by countless witnesses.

Near Las Vegas, Nevada has government owned land known as Area 51. Area 51 is where UFO researchers believe a large military base has top secret experiments taking place. It is believed that secret aircraft is tested here. Locals have seen military aircraft in the skies and other things that cannot be explained.
Area 51 is a highly restricted area and trespassing is discouraged. There are military men watching, motion sensors, and night vision, to capture anyone who tries to get on this protected space. Anyone caught in their airspace will also be dealt with accordingly. Covert missions or secrets?
S4: Secret Storage Place
of Alien Aircraft?
Bob Lazar, claims he worked at this secret area called S4. He claims that this is where all alien aircraft are stored, studied, and experimented on. Lazar claims he was a physicist who was taken to area 51 in 1989 for a secret government research program.
He saw an spaceship there he thought was created by the military. He found out it was in fact, the alien spaceship from the Roswell Incident. They wanted his help in figuring out how to recreate this ship. He was amazed and intrigued.

Lazar studied the aircraft. It was not like anything he had ever seen or ever hoped to see again. He said it was a perfect aircraft with intricate and evolved design that was so complex, it was impossible to duplicate at the time. Lazar told a few friends about his experiences and soon he noticed he was being followed.
It was frightening. But Roswell experts claim that Bob Lazar is a phony and isn't even a physicist. His claims are erroneous. Only the government knows if Bob is a liar, he claims he is telling the truth and stands by his story. Other skeptics laugh it off as another crazy Roswell tale.
Abducted
Perhaps one of the most famous alien abduction stories is that of Travis Walton. He claims he has had an alien encounter on November 5th, 1975. He was 22 at the time. He was working with a logging crew of seven men at the Apache-Sitgreaves National Forest, Arizona. The crew were heading home after work in their pickup truck when they saw strange bright lights coming through the trees.
As thier truck rolled slowly along the road, they stopped when they reached a portion of trees where the light was so bright it looked like the sunset, but the sun had set a half an hour before. The men suddenly became aware that what they were witnessing was a UFO. The driver rolled to a stop on the side of the road, along the edge of the trees for a better look.
HE shut off the engine as the mesmerized men observed a golden colored object hovering twenty feet above the ground through the trees. Walton was suddenly siezed with an overwhelming desire to see the spacecraft up close before it flew away, so he got out of the truck and brazingly walked up to it. The ground was vibrating under his feet. He stood within feet of the craft, basking in its glow.
Looking up at the golden disc, Travis stood in awe of it and wondered what mysteries it held. As his mind expanded on the possibilities, the craft began to move oddly and erratically, his friends screamed at Walton to get away from it. Travis started to move away from the craft when suddenly he felt a tremendous electrifying shock hit him and pass throughout his body. The energy lifted his body above the ground and then hurled him ten feet through the air. When his body hit the ground he felt numb all over.
What The Others Witnessed
What Walton's friends witnessed was a blast of blinding greenish colored light coming from the aircraft that suddenly hit and lifted his body in the air. His back was arched, his legs and arms outstretched. He was thrown through the air like a rag doll and landed on the ground in a lifeless heap. His friends thought he was dead because he was not moving. In fear, the crew left Travis behind and went for help.
The men went to the sheriff and told them what happened. The sheriff believed them and sent out a search party after Travis later that night but Walton was gone. His disappearance made news. Search dogs, airplanes, and trackers could not locate the logger. After four days they gave up.
A Terrifying Experience
When Walton woke up, he was on a flat surface on his back. At first he thought he was in a hospital, but when his eyes began to adjust to his surroundings, he realized he was in the alien aircraft. Three small figures in orange colored surgical coats stood over him. The strange entities were studying him closely. He said they were about five feet tall with very pale and hairless skin, no fingernails, and had small human-like features, but their eyes and heads seemed oddly large.
Terrified, Travis struck out at one of the aliens with his arm, although it was ineffectual in his weakened state. He then managed to get off of the examining table and moved away from the prying eyes and had nowhere to go. He was backed up against the wall of the craft ready to defend himself as the creatures moved in on him. While Walton screamed at the aliens and tried to defend himself, they never spoke.
Walton claims the aliens suddenly left the room after his outburst and he wondered through the spacecraft looking for an escape. Eventually he met up with a tall looking human in a blue space-like suit with a clear helmit. The stranger never spoke, but took him to another place where two more of these human looking people were waiting. The other humans never spoke but carefully escorted Travis to an examining table.
He felt powerless as they gently pushed him back on the table and placed a mask over his face. He immediately fell unconscious. When he woke up again, he was laying on the side of a road near Heber, Arizona over thirty miles away from the abduction sight. The craft was hovering over him, then suddenly shot out of sight.
He was gone for five days and was in shock. The story made headlines, and soon a movie about his experience was made (Fire in the Sky). Still there were skeptics who wanted to know the truth. Next, Walton was polygraphed by expert, John J. McCarthy, who claims that Walton failed the exam, and felt that Travis had perpetrated a hoax. But McCathy's outdated methods were called into question.
Travis later took two more polygraphs and passed them. Still the old polygraph seemed to overshadow him, leading some to believe that he was lying about his ordeal. Walton went on to write the book, "The Walton Experience" which was adapted into the film,
"Fire in the Sky." He has been a guest on Larry King Live and also a guest of several UFO conventions.
Mexico Sightings
Mexico City has had many UFO sightings. On July 11, 1991, during a solar eclipse, a sighting was witnessed by hundreds of people. During the eclipse, while some people began filming, a strange object appeared in the sky. It was captured on film. There were two metallic objects that hovered in the sky until the eclipse was over.
The images were incredible. The witnesses feel they have solid evidence pointing to the existence of alien life. Hundreds of sightings have been seen in Mexico since then, even during the day. The military denied the UFO stories at first but has been more open and honest with the public. They agree that these events have taken place and they believe too.
The sightings were usually well received by the Mexican people because the UFOs were not aggressive in nature. But in January 16, 2004, two young police officers, Leonardo Samaniego, and Gerardo Garza, claimed to have witnessed these unusual and mysterious creatures.
Officer Samaniego claims to have been attacked by a flying alien witch while he was patrolling the streets in his car near a local cemetery. He said he saw something floating in the air and as he got closer, he noticed it was a body floating above the ground.
He got a better look when he turned on his high beams. He said it was female. She had large eyes and was dressed in black, her skin was dark. She was flying without a broom, he thought she was a witch at first. The monster then attacked his car and windshield. He put the car in reverse and called for backup. She was trying to grab him. His car hit a wall and he was knocked unconscious.

Many ufologist believe that what attacked the officer is what is known as a new breed of alien called "Flying Humanoids." They claim to have caught these alien creatures on film. Two of these entities were seen flying. The larger entity was seen to absorb the smaller one. People are scared and think these aliens are evil and intend to do harm or abduct the innocent.
Some sighting indicates that flying humanoids have wings, while others fly unaided and simply float. Other sightings claim they appear to be robotic or monstrous looking and make hissing sounds, mechanical noises, or speak in human tongue. Still the latest updates on flying humanoids claim they are nothing more than military experiments or active imaginations.
But these are theories and there is no proof of these creature's existence. Some ufologist think that flying humanoids are nonsense, but others believe that the world will soon see that we are not alone, and that this is a new and frightening trend of unearthly proportions upon us.
Phoenix Sightings
March 13, 1997, as residents gathered to see the Hail Bopp Comet in the sky, they witnessed something unexpected. What they saw was huge and unlike anything they had ever seen. It was moving slowly. It was a V shaped formation of bright lights. It flew one way then turned around and flew the other way.
For three hours witnesses saw this strange formation of lights. This story has become very controversial among skeptics and UFO researchers. There was no denying what hundreds of witnesses saw that night, and no changing their minds. City officials tried to quiet the subject. Nobody wanted to talk about it. Some people think the government is trying to cover up the incident.
Jeff Willis filmed the formation before it was seen by everyone. In 1995, another witness named Lynette Kitel M.D. captured footage that she kept quiet about, but she had to admit that something strange had taken place. She and her husband saw the formation of "Amber Orbs" by her home. She felt there was an intelligence behind the lights. This was the first time she spotted them. She would see them again in 1997.
Her footage was studied and found to be real. The military claimed it was nothing more than high intensity flares from an aircraft and there was no UFO aircrafts. Residents disagree with the military and claim what they witnessed was not flares from an aircraft, but something much more highly advanced and unique.Experts studied the light orbs from the footage and say they are not military planes or flares. It is something quite extraordinary and unknown.
In Conclusion
More sightings continue to be seen around the globe. Many experts and ufologists believe something is happening, but there are those who refuse to believe. Experts feel that we have been visited for thousands of years and more proof has been found in ancient art from the past.
If one were to closely examine these works of art, it would seem that indeed, the artists of those periods were also aware of unexplained objects in the skies. Maybe those objects were alien aircraft.

Closer Inspection: UFO?
So in the end, have we moved any closer to the truth? Do aliens exist? Perhaps the government has secrets that they will not be able to contain for much longer. And for the many who anticipate the arrival of another intelligent life form, maybe the wait has been worth it.
Perhaps we will come to know a superior race in this life time, but who can say for sure. Maybe soon, we will find that we are not alone on this place we call planet earth.
